Top 4 Takeaways:

  1. Control what you can control. Change is going to happen and there are things outside of your control BUT there are things that you CAN control like your emotions, how you react to things that are coming down the pipe that you need to handle, and you can control how prepared you are including contingency plans.

  1. We move fast; take a minute to celebrate the wins and look at what you have accomplished. You can’t just let those moments pass you by. Do something special to celebrate a milestone and victory.

  2. Do things that keep your heart full.

4. Be courageous. The more courageous you are, the more high flying you become.
